Shipping policy

All items ordered from our online shop will ship from either our main warehouse in Lake Forest, CA or one of our authorized distributors. Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days and we will send an email with tracking as soon as we have a tracking number. Please wait at least 12 hours before checking the tracking number as carriers don't always update package status in real time. 

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days please email us at support@metalgoose.com for further help. Also, please check your spam folder as shipping emails can often times get caught by spam filters.

For international orders the cost of shipping only includes freight charges from our warehouse to your location. The shipping fee does not include any possible taxes, duties, brokerage fees, VAT, etc. Please consult with your local authorities on what these charges may be before ordering. If shipping via USPS 1st class international please note this may take up to 30 business days to arrive, with very limited tracking.
